Assay of Diphenhydramine HCl in Syrup by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

The purpose this study was determine contents diphenhydramine syrup sold in market. This test uses High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) method with acetonitrile mobile phase; water; triethylamine (50;50;0.5). results obtained average content 102.5%. So concluded medicine sample meets requirements because are not less than 90% more 110% based on Indonesian Pharmacopoeia Edition VI 2020.
